Sur Restaurant & Grill

Food was amazing and the service was great. I brought my 9 and 11 year old daughter and they were treated like they belonged there. We were even told that we should come back that night but couldn't due to travel plans. I would definitely come back here. Plus, as a fan of the show, it was extremely cool to see the actual restaurant and meet Peter.

This place is actually really tasty. I loved the Horchata and shrimp and steak burrito. Love that their open late. Perfect place for a late bite.I had a complicated order, but they got it right! The only caveat is that the portions of guacamole is not worth the price, and the burritos are not that big.

Was a peaceful Thursday night at Sur. Had a great experience with the family. I was surprised to see the kids menu so it worked out great. My daughter was happy. The food was really nice and the waiter looking after us, did a great job.

Wow wow wow all workers are doing a great job at greeting and making you feel welcomed ! They ask you if you need any recommendations. The drinks were phenomenal. We were just walking by and seen it. Happy hour from 5-7 we sat at the bar ! We will return for the all you can eat

The food was great the service not so much. I don’t know if one of the managers was asking for our order because she was not dressed in the SUR dress uniform but she was not pleasant at all. Seemed to be short & rough with us. The SUR server in the uniform was pleasant to us. They both had checked on us. Would have rather had the SUR server the whole time.My brother had taken our mother there for her birthday & didn’t have a very pleasant experience unfortunately.

I loved this restaurant. Upon walking in we were promptly greeted and seated. The restaurant is beautiful! The servers were wonderful and made some great suggestions. All of our food was delicious. We had the lamb and shrimp Alfredo pasta. The lamb was perfectly cooked and everything was well seasoned. The restaurant is the perfect blend of fun night out along with great food and drinks. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they were very sweet with him. I would definitely visit this restaurant when in LA again.

Wife had me take her to hopefully see Lisa, but no luck. My wife did get a picture with Lisa's son.We went during happy hour near bar area. Tried all but one of the appetizers, which were all pretty good and fresh.Had to rush to airport to get back to New York after short visit to Sur before we left.

Really enjoyed my visit here. Nice ambiance, awesome wait staff, and some amazing salmon!! A great choice for us to host our office Christmas dinner. We had a blast!! Thanks for everything SUR!!

Great spot with a cool vibe. Great aesthetics and a unique layout. We started with the fried goat cheese balls. For dinner, we got the Shrimp Fettucine and the Chicken Parmesean. All were incredible! Didn't save room for dessert, but the options were great. Can't wait to go back.

Demy was a wonderful employee that made sure all was well! Peter was attentive to the light brunch/lunch crowd. SUR is certainly all that what is seen within television and capable of developing into so much more!

Excellent attentive staff. Beautiful candlelight decor. Food a bit fancy for me but found something perfect. Would recommend stopping here.

im giving it 1 star because i cant give it a zero Lisa was very rude and was using foul language. The food had to get sent back five times and my wait to get a drink was very slow. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEYi also waited 2 hour for my drinks and food hate this place will not be going back

Good atmosphere, good food, decent service. Nothing to really write home about. I think this is over played because of the show but it was super dark, too dark that I couldn’t see the menu honestly. And the food took really long to come out. Our server checked on us a bit which was good, they are attentive. There were some events happening around us so it was really loud.

The first time around for my sister's birthday was great, the food and the atmosphere. Based on that experience, I took my son there for his birthday and we were totally ignored despite putting in a special request. I appreciate that they are not obligated and maybe my sister was more vocal. Still, never again.

Max is amazing and very tentative. Nathan was amazing! ❤ Definitely a go-to when visiting West Hollywood! You guys ate amazing. Stay gold and amazing.

Neighborhood staple and Gf buns! I recommend the daily specials and potato salad, but there's a great selection of sausages and toppings to choose from. The owner is super nice and happy to help if you need suggestions!

So Sad - have been coming here for years for date night or Weekend cocktails or Sunday Brunch ! BUT No Longer on our list. Service has taken a nose diveFood quality has gone down hill while the prices have gone up & No DJ for Sunday Brunch - WTH

We were so excited to visit this place and were honestly pretty underwhelmed. We waited at the host stand (not exaggerating) for probs alt 15 minutes and nobody noticed us. We were finally sat and the staff was fine, not like the nicest, but fine. The food was pretty good. The goat cheese balls were great, and my salad was good. But again, just not super awed by the experience and quality of food.

Couple of decent pasta dishes but the food is pretty forgettable. Best to eat elsewhere and visit for drinks. Generous 3.5 stars.

We really had a great and remarkable experience with this restaurant. All of the food served was very tasteful and affordable. The restroom is so big and clean. Highly recommended to all.

The food was really great, I had the roast duck and my wife had the blackened scallops. Yum. However, the beer I ordered was warm and flat...not good since that is what I remember from the dining experience. That is why the 4 star rating. Nobody likes a warm flat beer.

Got there 11 am on a Sunday and the staff greeted us warmly and quickly. The brunch was brought out quickly and mimosas were tasty. Worth the visit!

Nice place, hip vibe. Went there for happy hour. Spotting celebs doesn’t impress me, but if you like that, then make your way here.

As a paramedic, I tend to go out to eat about two days a week. While here, I ordered the steak which was extremely overcooked. I advised my server what had happened and to my surprise I was told it would take 20 min or longer to recook my food. The server wasn't very nice but the overall view and experience was top notice. I wish I could say that about the food. I would like to return and have a better experience.

While the popularity of the restaurant may draw you in the service, or lack of, will leave a bad taste in your mouth. We made a reservation and when arriving were asked to wait while they readied it, only for the host to stare at the computer till the manager brought us in and shoved us in a corner beside the water station. The restaurant was slow with more optimal seating available to enjoy the restaurant views instead of a wall and water jugs. Our server did not offer conversation or any information of the menu, took our wine glasses away before we had even ordered a drink, and never checked on our table. We had empty drink glasses sitting on the edge the whole evening and never offered another drink or dessert menu. We only managed to get our bill when the busboy came by. Terrible customer service, will never return to this restaurant again.

Food is always tasty, hot on time and thoughtfully packaged for delivery. Everything has good flavor and texture, I noticed that their chicken is always moist and well cooked unlike some places where it's often overcooked to hell.

Food was soooo good. Service was good I was in the area and watch the show. Will deff go back.

Fun atmosphere but extremely rude staff. Don’t know if the TV show has gone to their heads but LVP might want to see who she hires specially when locals who go often are treated in a ill manner.

We had Sunday brunch at SUR and it did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. They offer a very unique menu that adds their own special take on the various menu items which is a very nice signature that I suspect will keep patrons coming back for more. The vibe in the restaurant is very sexy (as the initials in the name suggest) and is also very warm, inviting and comfortable. This is my first visit to a Vanderpump restaurant and will most definitely not be my last. One last thing....I happened to notice one of the original captains ball caps that was worn by the staff and discontinued in 2012. It was recently found in their storage and placed on display so I bought it.

Love this place has a the best vibe. Service was a amazing and was good and food was too had a amazing time. Will come back again

We came as a group from out of town.Half of our group watches the show.Our experience we felt as if we were transported into the show, with all the great decor.We even managed to recognize some familiar faces from the show.
